Production Time

International products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify and its network of independent print providers. Production time varies by product, provider and demand and is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods and inaccurate address information can affect delivery.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when the selected service supports it. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Address Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact support immediately when a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment begins.

Customs and Import Charges

Destination-country taxes, duties, customs clearance and carrier handling charges may apply. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If tracking shows an unusual delay, contact info@filliaxmius.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the relevant fulfilment or carrier service.
