Agreement

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products and Artwork

We aim to display products accurately. Screens, print methods and garment batches may cause reasonable colour, texture or placement variation. Designs, branding and website content are protected by intellectual-property law.

Made-to-Order Fulfilment

International products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify and its network of independent print providers. Printify provides fulfilment services; the seller identified above remains responsible for the customer sale.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable fulfilment, obvious pricing error, legal restriction or inability to deliver. Captured amounts for cancelled orders will be refunded as appropriate.

Pricing and Payment

Prices, currency, shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Destination-country import charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Returns and Defects

The Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy applies. Customer-selected wrong sizes and change of mind are generally not eligible because products are made to order.

Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit malicious material or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, carrier delay, customs action or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
